How do I pay for my order?

We accept credit/debit card orders via Worldpay, the secure online payment system. Cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?

Yes. We use the Worldpay payment system to safely process credit/debit card transactions

What is Worldpay?

Worldpay are one of the worlds largest creditcard processors providing a Secure Server environment for taking on-line creditcard orders via a secure server. More information can be found at www.worldpay.com.

How did you send my order?

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours depending on stock levels. If your delivery address is in the UK, orders over £75 will be delivered free of charge (Royal Mail First Class Mail 1-2 Day Delivery). Postage and packing on UK orders under £75 will be charged at £3.95 (Royal Mail First Class Mail 1-2 Day Delivery). You can send your delivery to 'Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery' for a charge of £6.95 Monday - Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm can be eligible for the Next Day Service. (Orders placed after 10:00am on Saturdays will be dispatched the following Monday).
